Fall 2008:
Meetings for the Fall 2008 took place at the Community Center, 32 Church Street at 7:30 PM on the second Monday of the month, which was:

Monday, November 10
Monday, December 8

Winter and Spring 2009:

Board meetings for 2009 planning were scheduled for January and February.  The purpose of these meetings was to finalize the budget for 2009 and prepare for the season kick-off meetings.  These kick-off meetings took place on:

Tuesday, February 24 -- freshman parents
Tuesday , March 3 -- all other parents

Meetings for the remainder of the season took place at the Community Center on the second Monday of the month with ONE exception.  In March, we had an additional meeting  to prep for the "lax-bash" tournament scheduled for the following weekend.
